La maggioranza è la via migliore perché è visibile e ha la forza di farsi obbedire. Tuttavia è l’opinione dei meno competenti. The majority is the best way because it is visible and has the strength to be obeyed. However it is the opinion of the less competent.

Apriamo il pezzo di oggi con una citazione di Blaise Pascal, una citazione utilizzata spesso da tutti ma mai analizzata in maniera opportuna o severamente indagata con dovizia di interesse. In altre parole, introspezione personale!

Perché l’essere umano è tendenzialmente teso nel sostenere i pensieri della maggioranza magari a fronte di inopinabili idee del singolo?

La maggioranza crea consenso e si autoalimenta come una palla di neve che rotola verso valle. La maggioranza, in particolare nelle organizzazioni, è costituita da pseudo responsabili o Patetici Capi che pur di non rischiare la loro immagine ed il loro pensiero, non in ultimo la famosa seggiola, rimette nelle mani della maggioranza stessa, la “sentenza di morte” dei singoli e, la cosa più grave, senza costituire appello.

Ma di Mastro Titta ce n’era uno e faceva il suo lavoro oggi i più li definirebbero “head cutters”, ma poco cambia.

Si è sempre più soli nel disperato tentativo (a ragione però…) di cambiare qualcosa. La critica, il pregiudizio, la mancanza di morale, il nepotismo e il clientelismo è sempre dietro l’angolo. Appagante visione dei nostri sentimenti e del nostro ego!

Appariamo per ciò che forse non vogliamo, ma le tentazioni pur di farci tacere sono sempre in agguato, dietro l’angolo e sono appetibili talmente tanto che ci ritroviamo ad accontentarci dell’Ajetto (come si dice a Roma) pur di stare nel sistema. Un sistema sempre più stretto che ci porta ad annullare le nostre personalità ed il nostro unico scopo in vita…quello di rendere la nostra unica vita: STRAORDINARIA!

Equilibri, gestione degli equilibri, una parola è poca e due so troppe, ecc. ecc. Insomma un popolo di circensi che appesi al filo della vita con l’asta più lunga, cercano di tracciare il percorso di che ci invita a raggiungere l’altra piattaforma e nel frattempo ci annulla ‘l’essere. Vergogniamoci!!! E poi perché? Per quali così tanto ambiti riconoscimenti, posizioni, ruoli di cui ci possiamo vantare nell’immediato futuro? Per poi…Pavoneggiare in un sistema falso?

Invidio coloro i quali con un cartello appeso al collo chiedono un lavoro ai passanti e non l’elemosina che nonostante, forse, il gesto crudele e svilente, poco dignitoso e spesso falso nell’utilizzarlo a scopo di lucro fottendo il prossimo, ormai in pochi, perdono quel poco di dignità per tirare a campare. Vergogniamoci!

Sempre più teste pensanti e rispettose cadono tra le spire di questi poveri potenti che di potente forse hanno solo la loro bella auto nuova parcheggiata in garage con tanto di sigle di decantate memorie ad inneggiare cilindrate da maschi falliti, pur di compensare mancati riconoscimenti personali si appoggiano al materiale: Vergogniamoci!

Già…”il potere logora chi non ce l’ha” citando il Senatore Giulio Andreotti ma in una società di progresso e meritocrazia anche quelli che inneggiano alla meritocrazia la inneggiano sostenendo il falso purché la loro posizione sia cementata al posto giusto, sia garantita, sia posta negli ingranaggi di un oscuro sistema antimeritocratico che di fatto predilige la casta.

Rabbia e dolore, fatiche mai sprecate per un’umiltà e condizioni che veramente vorremmo trascrivere in un cambiamento che forse non avverrà mai perché la sola colpa degli scrittori è quella di tradurre un’anima che la maggioranza ha ma si caga in mano nell’esprimerla, commentando, remando contro, producendo un contraddittorio vero, riscontrabile, opinabile.

Non sono quelle le anime da redimere ma quelle di milioni di stolti che continuano imperterriti nel non manifestare quel briciolo di cinismo che possiedono BENEFICO PER IL SISTEMA! Ma dalle meteore impazzite e fuori orbita ci si può attendere di tutto!

We open today’s piece with a quote by Blaise Pascal, a quotation often used by everyone but never analyzed in an appropriate or strictly investigated with a wealth of interest. In other words, personal introspection!
Why is the human being tending to support the thoughts of the majority, perhaps in the face of unthinkable ideas of the individual?

The majority creates consensus and feeds itself like a snowball rolling towards the valley. The majority, especially in the organizations, is made up of pseudo responsible or Pathetic Heads that in order to risk their image and their thinking, not least the famous chair, puts in the hands of the majority itself, the “death sentence” of the individual and, the most serious thing, without constituting an appeal.

But there was one of Mastro Titta and he did his job today, the more they would call them “head cutters”, but little changed.

We are increasingly alone in a desperate attempt (but right …) to change something. Criticism, prejudice, lack of morality, nepotism and cronyism is always around the corner. Pleasing vision of our feelings and our ego!

We appear for what we may not want, but the temptations to keep us quiet are always lurking around the corner and are so attractive that we find ourselves content with Ajetto (as we say in Rome) to stay in the system. An ever closer system that leads us to cancel our personalities and our only purpose in life … to make our life unique: EXTRAORDINARY!
Equilibrium, balance management, one word is little and two too many, etc. etc. In short, a people of circus that hanging from the thread of life with the longest auction, try to trace the path that invites us to reach the other platform and in the meantime it nullifies the being. Ashamed !!! And then why? For which so many coveted awards, positions, roles we can boast of in the immediate future? And then…Preening in a false system?

I envy those who with a sign hanging on the neck ask a job to passers-by and not alms that despite, perhaps, the cruel and debilitating gesture, undignified and often false in using it for profit by fucking the next, now in a few , they lose that little bit of dignity to make a living. Ashamed!

More and more thoughtful and respectful heads fall between the coils of these powerful poor who perhaps only have their beautiful new car parked in the garage with lots of songs of vaunted memories to praise displacements from failed males, to compensate for lack of personal recognition are supported to the material: Let’s be sorry!

Already … “the power wears out those who do not have it” quoting Senator Giulio Andreotti but in a society of progress and meritocracy even those who praise the meritocracy praise it by supporting the false as long as their position is cemented in the right place, is guaranteed, is placed in the gears of an obscure antimeritocratico system that in fact prefers the caste.

Anger and pain, fatigue never wasted for a humility and conditions that we really would like to transcribe in a change that perhaps will never happen because the only fault of the writers is to translate a soul that the majority has but shit in the hand in expressing it , commenting, rowing against, producing a true, verifiable, questionable contradiction.

Those are not the souls to be redeemed but those of millions of fools who continue undeterred in not manifesting that bit of cynicism that possess BENEFIT FOR THE SYSTEM! But you can expect anything from crazy and out-orbit meteors!
